If you are not happy with your purchase, you may simply return it within 30 days for either an exchange or refund, less the cost of shipping. Please call us at 919-257-9534 to let us know that the item is being returned or exchanged and so that we can give you a Return Authorization Number to reference the return item. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in the condition in which they were received for a full refund. Customized/personalized products are final sale items and are not returnable.
For return items over $400.00, a 15% restocking fee may apply.
